After legalization, Mike Tyson will have a California cannabis resort

Cannabis has been legalized in California and Mike Tyson seems to be aware of the huge demand for the product. The former boxing champ plans to build a 161,000-square-foot desert outfit about two hours from Los Angeles.

This will be assisted by partners Robert Hickman and Jay Strommen. Half of the property will be dedicated to cannabis cultivation.

“Tyson Ranch will allow producers to have maximum control of their ventures,” Robert Hickman told The Blast .

The Tyson estate will allow cannabis sellers to rent spaces to plant their merchandise. Mike also plans to launch Tyson Cultivation School, a school to improve product planting techniques.

The resort will have area for extraction, an edible cannabis-based factory and an amphitheater for enthusiasts.

The company consisting of the three partners will be named Tyson Holistics and the term “Iron Mike Genetics” has been registered for branding purposes.
