Countless men have trouble with sex due to performance anxiety. This condition is an incredibly common problem caused by negative thoughts which impedes the man’s ability to maintain an erection. Prolonged performance anxiety may lead to erectile dysfunction (ED) and adversely impact your sexlife.

Over 18 million American men above the age of 20 have some form of ED.
