Neymar will be granted the chance to join Real Madrid from Paris Saint-Germain one one condition, reports claim.
The Brazilian only moved to PSG last summer for a world-record fee of £198million.
Although his time so far at the Parc des Princes has been marked by bust-ups with manager Unai Emery and team-mate Edison Cavani, Neymar has still scored 23 goals in all competitions this season.
Recent reports suggested that Neymar has told his international colleagues of his desire to move to the Bernabeu.
Other claims have emerged suggesting PSG are exploring the idea of a swap involving Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo .
And according to Goal, Neymar will be allowed to leave PSG and join Real on the proviso that he is able to steer the French giants to Champions League glory.
PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has supposedly promised the 25-year-old that he will sanction a transfer.
Emery’s men take on Real in the last 16 of the Champions League next month.
Real Madrid chief Florentino Perez even claimed at the end of last year that Neymar could achieve his Ballon d’Or dream if he made the move to Madrid.
He said: “Being in Madrid would make it easier to win the Ballon d’Or.
“Real Madrid is a club which gives all you need as a big player, everyone knows that I already wanted to sign him at one point.”
