Real Madrid President Florentino Perez has warned Inter that ‘only €750 million euros will be enough to sign Luka Modric.
Nerazzurri reportedly ended their pursuit of Bayern Munich midfielder Arturo Vidal to concentrate on the 33-year-old Croatia international, but Marca claims to have received denials from Los Blancos and his representatives over a possible transfer.
Furthermore, Perez told the newspaper: “The only way Modric can leave is if someone pays 750m.”
Former Premier League attacking midfielder last renewed his contract with Real Madrid in November 2016, taking him until 2020.
Despite his advancing years, Modric starred at the 2018 FIFA World Cup earlier in the summer, captaining his country to the final to France.
